Father's Day Fun

We celebrated Father's Day at the Cougars game again this year.  We had a great time.  It was a little hot outside, but that did not stop us. Connor enjoyed the game (mostly all the snacks he got at the game) and then ran the bases after the ball game!  It was his first time on a baseball field!

A very big Happy Father's Day to Barry.  He is an amazing dad and we are so lucky to have him in our lives.  He will always stop what he is doing to read Connor a book, take him to the park, for a walk and gives him lots of hugs and kisses. He gets up with Connor and lets me sleep in some days, cleans up after Connor, feeds him, changes him and loves him unconditionally.  We could not ask for anything more.  Thank you for being a wonderful Daddy.  Connor adores you, and so do I.

A special Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there - my dad, Barry's dad, Connor's uncles, my uncles, cousins, and all the awesome Dad's we know.  You all are wonderful parents and we are so lucky to have you in our lives.  I hope you all enjoyed your special day!!

Go Cubs!

How are they not the cutest?!?!  I'm sure they will not be happy with the last picture in about 10 years!  But, I couldn't resist!

Crackers

Connors new favorite word is "cracker".   He probably says the word at least 100 times a day.  "Cracker cracker cracker, ccccccracker".  It is very cute!  He loves to walk around the house holding his bag of crackers and munch on them all day.  He gets very upset when he cannot have crackers (i.e. first thing in the morning when he wakes up, 30 minutes after that, etc.).

This kid cracks me up! Never a dull moment in this house!

Zoo

We went to the zoo for the first time this year and Connor seemed to really like it.  His favorite part was watching the polar bears and eating his crackers.  Scratch that - his favorite part was definitely eating his crackers.  It was a beautiful day outside and all of the animals were out.  There were a lot of baby animals too - they were very cute to watch.  One baby animal was actually born that morning!

We cannot wait to go back and see all the animals!!
