I took some quick pictures of Connor outside the other day.  We took these at Fitchie Creek Nature Preserve right by our house.  I was able to get some really cute pictures....with the help of M&M's!! 

I cannot believe how big he is getting!  I love the first one with his hand in his pocket! His smile just melts my heart in the pictures below. 

Memorial Day Weekend in Indy

A huge huge huge thank you to Uncle Jack and Aunt Sandy for hosting an awesome weekend!  We had a ton of fun!  It was so great to see everyone for the whole weekend.  You guys put a ton of work into the weekend and it didn't go unnoticed!  The food and drinks were amazing, the treat bags were so sweet of you guys, letting us stay at your house was awesome.  We loved the way your back yard turned out.  It is the perfect space for entertaining and being together. 

Because the weekend was so much fun, it is hard to summarize it all in one blog post, but here are some of the hightlights:

- The food, drinks and great conversations with friends and family
- The kids playing in the pool (like we used to in your old Carol Stream house)
- The AWESOME rock band (the kids playing all the intruments)
- Our park adventure - Connor got to drive the tractor!
- Connor took a bath at Aunt Sandy's (yes, he STILL talks about this)
- Sitting on the patio and chatting and laughing with family
- Family pictures in the back yard
- MUCH MUCH MUCH More!!

Thank you again for such a fun weekend!  We cannot wait to visit you guys again in July!!

Happy Father's Day!

Wishing all the wonderful dad's an amazing father's day!  We spent the day at Arlington Race Track.  Connor loved watching the horses race and he told us that he wanted to chase after them.  He was quite upset that he couldn't chase them, but after some ice cream he was much better! 

Thank you to Barry for being such an amazing Daddy to Connor.  He loves you so much.

Playing Outside

We are loving this weather that the end of May and early June brought us. Connor loves to be outside where he can run and jump as much as he wants.  He really likes to drive his new "motorcycle" he got for his birthday too. 

He does not like his picture taken very much, so I had to snap these while he was on the go.  As you can see towards the end of playing outside he did not want me to take his picture!

Petting Zoo Birthday party!

Our neighbors had a birthday party and brought in a petting zoo!  Connor was hesitant at first, but he ended up LOVING it.  He was very brave and fed the animals.  He had a great time!
