Happy Birthday Grandma

There is always a lot to celebrate in December.  Connor and Carson loved helping Grandma open her birthday gifts and blow out the candles on her ice cream cake.  We had a great celebration!!  Happy Birthday Grandma!!!

Breakfast with Santa

One of our favorite Christmas traditions since Connor was born is to go to a Breakfast with Santa.  We went to the breakfast at my parent's clubhouse in Royal Fox this year and it was amazing.  The food was delicious and Santa was there to give each kid a gift and a chance to sit on his lap.  Santa was supposed to fly in on a helicopter, but the weather was too bad, so he came in on the roof and when he came inside, we all got to sing Christmas Carols with him.  It was a magical breakfast.

Connor was not a fan of Santa this year, but he did go up there with Mommy and Daddy.  He liked to admire Santa from afar :)

O' Christmas Tree

It was FREEZING and WINDY when we went to go pick out our Christmas Tree this time.  Connor was not a fan of the cold, wind or snow.  It was a very quick trip this year.  We walked around really fast, found the tree, cut it down and took it home.  It was way too cold to be outside. 

It was a great tree once we got it home.  I do not remember the name of it, but it had a citrus smell to it - very pretty!!

Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was a blast this year!  Thank you to Ashley and Mike for hosting a wonderful day.  We all had a great time!  Happy Birthday to Uncle Jack too.  As always, you had a great party.  We loved all of the games.  What a great day to celebrate!!!!

We are back!

Wow, has it been a LOOOOOOOOOOONG time since I have written a blog entry!  We have been busy, busy, busy!  I'll catch you up with a few blog posts for the rest of 2014 and early 2015. 

All in all, we survived winter (barely) and are looking forward to spring and summer.

Lets see...we left off around Apple picking time...so next would be Halloween and all of the Halloween activities. We had a fun Halloween!  Connor was the cutest puppy dog I have ever seen and he LOVED trick or treating.  He was really into it this year.  He wanted to eat all the candy after each house.  It was very cold, so we did not go to too many houses.  Besides trick or treating, we did Boo at the Zoo, pumpkin carving, Goebert's with the neighbors and had a great time at the Wells Halloween party!
